Resumen de Diseño de Logo

We need a logo design for a knowledge management (KM) web site for a polymer sales and marketing company. The KM portal name is "PM Pedia". "PM" is the abbreviate company name (Polymer Marketing).
The logo should consists of 3 components:
1. A face of an owl. Focus on the eye because it represents that insight to company's knowledge.
2. A Bow Tie for the owl. The color of the bow tie should be in gold or black.
3. The text "PM Pedia". Font color should be in black or blue.

The logo will be placed on a white background.
