Venturi Properties, is a new real estate brokerage in Phoenix, AZ. The company will focus on residential & commercial real estate and also do land development. This logo will go on the for sale signs on properties, so would like it to have a unique eye catching design. Wouldn't mind if it had a little Arizonan influence.

Pretty flexible on this one, this logo will go on real estate for sale signs, want to to be eye catching. The Term Verturi comes from Physics (Venturi Effect, the reduction in fluid pressure when it goes through a constricted areas while at the same time the velocity increases). I thought that was a cool bases for a real estate investment company, as an investor your stress decreases while your return on investment increases.

I'm open to colors, in my mind I'm thinking black and green, but that is not set in stone. . I really want to leave the canvas open to the designers though.
