Resumen de Diseño Con Ícono

We are a swim school and we are developing a new website (www.dlsa.com.au - This is our old website, new one being developed through Design Crowd).

One of the main functions of our new website will be to direct potential customers to a form page where if they fill in their details and submeit, one our our Admin Team will contact them direct and they will receive the DLSA Bonus that is being offered at that time.

I need an icon to replicate throughout the website that will attract the eye/bounce off the page and act as a link to the form page.

The icon will be approximately 275x100px in size in landscape layout. The wording COULD be something like:

Or you could use text & graphics to convey the message.

I've tried to imagine an icon to use but my creativity is very limited! :) So I am open to any & all suggestions.

We have 2 DLSA mascots and 5 sea characters that we have recently adopted to our program (attached). They may or may not be used in the icon... It's up to you.
