Resumen de Diseño de Señalética

We need a Real Estate sign that promotes the property being listed and our company and agent listing the property. The images need to be able to be swapped out so we can use the template for each listing we have. I have a sample from another company that shows what were are trying to accomplish. Would want ours to be unique using our logo and the colors in our logo. We would like to not have to use a rider. Would want agents name and phone number to be part of the 36" x 24" sign.

• Sign dimensions are 36 inches by 24 inches (36" across and 24" up down). Use example.of.sign.we.want.jpg as the direction we want to go but with a different layout and our logo and colors. This would be just a template that we can swap out new pictures, address, price, website, agents contact info for each home we are listing. Like the idea of the pictures bleeding off the sides. Please use free stock photos for the home images as we will be changing these out for each listing. Please incorporate all info including agents info into the one sign. File must be layered so we can change the pictures, price, website, agent, etc. We use GIMP (.xcf) file
