Resumen de Diseño de Camiseta

We need a t-shirt design for an event that celebrates Texas Independence Day called the Texas Birthday Bash. The event is based on a two day concert series that includes Texas country bands which have a large audience ranging from teenagers to late 30's. We would like the shirt to be feminine yet bold and try and include Texas colors (red, white & blue) focusing on a country style. We don't want to include the logo on the shirt but would like the phrase "Texas Birthday Bash" included in the design. Final design should be fun and communicate a sense of Texas pride. The files we have attached to this project include the logo for the event and some material we have used for advertising in the past ONLY for your reference.
