Background:
Operating Principals is an organizational development consulting firm that helps organizations improve leadership, communications, and team work through simple and easy methods. We believe that the systems and methods commonly used in companies are overly complex and contrary to what people do intuitively. Our methods work with what people do naturally and innately. Our brand conveys simplicity and ease of use. We often use just black and white with a touch of color in our look and feel along with Zen imagery. Our tag line is "Simple acts, profound results."
Purpose of project:
This project is a card game used in corporate settings to improve leadership and communications skills. The cards portray a successful leader with their bios, values, and behaviors.
The cards are 4 by 6 inches, color, and two-sided, with a picture and text on the front and just text on the back. The game is a work in progress so it is important that we can use the design template to create more cards. Our preference is Microsoft Word or Powerpoint. The source files attached are in Word.
Desired look:
The look and feel we want to create is clean, clear, simple, easy to read, and down to earth with a zen feel optional. We would like to have our logo somewhere on the card. They need to appeal to a professional audience.
