Resumen de Diseño de Flyer

I'm looking for a drawing to place on a company flyer that I'm sending out as a direct mail campaign. The flyer is going to be for commercial roofing and the slogan will be something along of the lines of 'Umbrella at work....that sucks' (in so many words).

I would like to have a picture drawn of a man or woman sitting a desk while holding a phone and umbrella as water pours in on them from the ceiling. OR I was thinking of having a picture that showed a bunch of people walking into their office building and having to open their umbrellas as they walked in and water fell onto them from the ceiling.

Note: I have already designed the flyer itself. I am really just looking for a drawing now.

Target market are property and facility managers in the state of Connecticut. Generally older, 40+ with at least one property that they will have to take care of. The properties are all commercial (apartment buildings, office buildings, hospitals etc.)
