I own and run a small boutique consultancy business in Perth WA. My website can be found at www.personexus.com.au which will give you more background on my business and the sort of work that I do. You can also get a feel for the look that I’m after.

I have developed a new tool to assess individual’s motivations, work preference, emotional intelligence and cognitive ability for use in selection to a role within a business and for developmental purposes, particularly leadership development. Similar to personality assessment)

I am calling the tool ‘The Works’ assessment – ‘The works’ being a play on the world of work and a tool covering all aspects of work etc

The concept of the tool is that it will measure almost everything you would want to understand about a person, to assist in selection decisions or in the person’s development. The tool measures an individual around four broad dimensions ‘Working with others’, ‘Working on yourself’, ‘Working on Tasks’ and ‘Working with change’ It comprises forty different scales.

What's required
1) I need a graphic model to represent the tool – see below for the four dimensions which make up ‘The Works’

Working with others, Working on yourself, Working on Tasks and Working with change

2) I also need a logo that will become strongly linked to ‘The Works’ assessment tool and hence underpin the brand and help protect my copyright and trademark. The logo needs to reflect the three separate parts of the assessment as follows 1) The motivation and work preferences part of the questionnaire is called the ‘MAP’ (motivations and work preferences) 2) The Emotional Intelligence part is called the ‘ECI’ (emotional competencies and Indexes) 3) The abstract Reasoning Test is called the ‘ART’
These three should be able to be integrated into one feel / look and be consistent with the overall ‘The Works’ logo.

All logo’s, graphics should have a similar feel / look to my webpage. I’m after clean, simple yet sophisticated graphics, logos etc to convey professional, accurate, useful, practical and required.
