Resumen de Diseño de Logo

I am the coach of 10 danish athletes competing within various fitness categories (athletic fitness, bikini fitness, men's physique and body building). At the moment I do not have a logo/identity for the ''team'', but as I would like to seek out potential sponsor opportunities and get a larger sense of beloning to the team I am interested in getting a logo designed for the team. We are competing in both danish as well as more international competitions.
I have come up with the name ''Prime Athletics'' for the team.
Knowledge, dedication, consistency, passion, succes, are some important key words describing the team or our mentality. This is what I would like the final design to communicate. Also it would be great to think outside the box - no dumbbells in the logo.
