Resumen de Diseño de Logo
We need a logo design for a new not-for-profit based in the Greater Toronto Area called SMILE BUTTERFLY. Currently SMILE is actually an acronym that stands for Sparking Motivation In Learning Environments.
I am open to design colours.
The design should communicate opportunity, education and a give back spirit.

The organization is committed to supporting the educational needs of children who maybe limited by physical, cultural and financial barriers across the globe. The overall mission is to build a network of volunteers that supports and encourages children having accessible support for education worldwide. We started our first partnership with a primary and junior high school in St. Elizabeth, Jamaica in 2013.
Similar to the Butterfly Effect in popular culture, we believe that small positive events can have large, widespread consequences and we have had various calls to action for activities that This call to action for activities that include fundraising for school fees, collecting backpacks and basic school and other supplies, supporting a breakfast program, scholarships, etc.

Project Deadline Extended
Reason: Due to other personal commitments I have not been able to dedicate a lot of time to provide feedback or make a final decision based on the designs received. There has been a deadline extension and I will be making the final decision by Thursday, January 29, 2015. I will be taking the next couple days to choose the 1st and 2nd place winners.

Thank you all to submitting a design to my project. The response was overwhelming and the decision process even more so. It was a tough decision but I narrowed it down to the top 3 designs and chose the winning design based on collaboration with my team. I am grateful that I had the opportunity to interact with so many of you. I appreciate the patience and your professionalism that you exhibited as you tried to understand my vision and how it aligned with what I was trying to accomplish. It's not easy trying to convey that over messages and working in different timezones across the globe but a lot of you were clearly in sync with where I was going and did your best to portray that in your designs.THANK YOU!!
I wish you ALL continued success as designers and look forward to the opportunity of working with you again on a future project.
