Resumen de Diseño de Logo

We like our current logo. That said (i) it has not been updated since we launched 12 years ago, and (ii) not sure I have the "hi-res" file to reproduce it, put it on a new website, etc. The current logo is attached in the latest business card. Our website www.360vlaw.com (also very old) has the real logo on the top (all red). The last web designer (3 years ago) did a draft new logo and it is also on our website in the rotating 2nd section (logo with the saturn rings). I am not sold on the saturn rings or the web designer draft logo. We are a small but sophisticated law firm working for fast growing entrepreneurial clients mostly in the high tech space. We want to be modern and fresh within the bounds of the traditionally stoic legal industry. We do not want to be cutesy. The refresh we are asking for could be as simple as a slight tweak in the font and shade of red or we would consider a dramatic new version. Thanks in advance.

Entrepreneurs and their investors. Largely (but not exclusively) high-tech. See our website for the description of our firm. FYI -as with our logo, we like but are not over the moon thrilled with our website. It is about a 7-8 for our needs. I say that to express that our website is close to explaining our brand image but not perfect. .
