Thank you for the invite. I do not really understand what kind of logo do you wish to have. The samples you have attached in the brief, all have a sport guy specific to the brand/team. Your company deals with any kind of sports .. so I wonder if branding with such kind of logo is appropriate.. Usually clothing brand are more discreet ..embroidered .
