Resumen de Diseño de Señalética

I am trying to get some good graphic design help for a new real estate development project. We need two designs for two separate large billboard-type directionals, also For Sale Signs, and also bandit directional signs. I have a company who have already given it a shot, but I don't like what they have come up with. I need it to have a WOW factor and pop to catch people's eye, but also simple and easy to read. I've attached what they have done so far. I have proofs of what has already been created and I've attached them. I've also attached the logo for the project, but I'm fine with changing the color for the logo to help make the overall signs more cohesive. I want clean, easy to read and eye catching. I will need to be able to pass the designs on to a company to have them printed for the billboards. One of them is 10x12 and the other is 8x10. Time is of the essence - I've spent too much time trying to get this other company to do what I want.
