Resumen de Diseño Web

Need a web design for a website that provides senior corporate executives with leadership assessment and improvement guidance. The homepage has two purposes- 1) place for users to log in (primary purpose), and 2) marketing of the site.

The company is named Scout 360, and it provides 360 degree leadership assessments for senior executives. In a nutshell, that means a person's co-workers, employees, customers, and bosses fill out a survey on how well the person does his or her job; and we tell him how well he or she is doing and how to improve.

The attached logo (360_logo) should serve as the inspiration for colors, and the website must use the logo. The homepage will mostly be used for logging in, so it should be simple, clean, and professional looking. See attached sketch.pdf for what we have in mind. The sketch is provided merely to give insight. We're not married to it. All text can be latinized jibberish in the design.

There is one important size constraint to keep in mind. The attached file (content_dimensions.pdf) specifies a content area that must be (width x height) 850 x 600 px.

Note that sketch.pdf portrays images, but please note these are merely placeholders. We will use screenshots of our application on the homepage, so any images you use in content area should be examples or suggestions.
