Hello. Thank you for inviting me to your illustration project. I have a few questions for you.
1. what will be the size for the image on your IOS application? You need detailed image or not. This is very important
2. do you need vector or non vector file ( with transparent background as tiff psd or png
3. you mention the shield... where should it be placed?... since you say it must be the central image...

Hi, thanks for accepting the invite. I'll try to answer the questions:

1. The highest resolution of an iPad is 2048-by-1536 resolution at 264 pixels per inch, and I guess I will be needing somewhere around half that size, so a detailed image would be preferred.
2. I can work with both vector and non vector, but a transparant background would be ideal. I also prefer a vector file if it's becomes necessary to rescale the image, but not if that would complicate things on your end.
3. The shield should be in the center of the image horizontally seen. So the distance to the left and right should be the same. The vertical alignment doesn't matter. If the shield would keep the same height in the two images, that would be a big plus.
4. Yes, that style is great. The style of your troll also looks great. Nice work!

Hi . Thank you for your reply. I still do not understand the relationship between the shield and the character. Should he hold a shield... be left/right from shield.... should he illustrated behind the shield... I really can't get it.... how you wish to have the shield in relationship with the character... Hi, I'll try to explain:

The shield should not be to the left or the right of the character, but in the middle. It doesn't matter if he holds the shield up high, or leans on it, or if it's just standing in front of him. So the vertical placement doesn't matter to me. However, the character should be positioned behind the shield.
