Resumen de Diseño de Logo

We need a logo to be designed for our initiative - PropertyCentral. PropertyCentral is a new entrant in the real estate market and offers a very different perspective and approach to not only buying and selling real estate (residential, commercial, farms etc.) but also to services related to owning a property - electrical, plumbing, gardening etc.
The site is being designed as one stop portal for everything to do with property - adverts, valuations, estate management, loans, mortgages etc. The distinguishing feature of the site will be its crowdsourcing of features which have been traditionally hidden from buyers and users such as property valuations, inspections etc.
Moreover, The portal will be very social and will be reliant on users for rating services, service providers etc.
With this portal, we aim to challenge and change the way real estate markets work in this country (South Africa) - currently they are dominated by one or two vendors for valuation and the deeds office, that for some reason, do not wish to make the information public. The idea is to change the game by crowd sourcing it.
I'd like to the logo to reflect the following - challenger, innovative, social and analytics - something that puts power back in hands of customers and buyers.
