Resumen de Diseño de Brochure

I need a brochure for a new company. The name of the company is Cluttered to Clarity. I am a Professional Organizer. I am requesting a one fold brochure 11" wide x 8.5" high (obviously once folded 5.5" wide x 8.5" high) brochure. I have been told this may need to be designed as a flyer? I have attached a VERY BASIC layout of what I think I am looking for. I have also attached the original logos in all the different formats I have. I would like to have a very light green background & the text I have in orange please make orange. PLEASE feel free to add color to my "Cluttered to Clarity" logo's and use light/soft green & orange shades if possible (OK to go darker for BOLD purposes) The brochure DOES NOT have to stick to this layout, again just what I THINK I want :) - THANK YOU

EDIT: 01-21-15 Remove CHRISTINE FOPMA from all 3 places (front, bottom inside right & back) Remove just the FOPMA from the 1st line on the back. PRIVACY & ETHICS on the back, please remove "PRIVACY &", leave Ethics and the 1st line of the text under it. Please remove all of the text following the 1st sentence. THANK YOU
