I really like the website you have going, however is there a copyright on it? If so, I can easily take some of the other designs to combine what I think your goals are for the web site. Also, you do have a lot of elements (ie. video, photo shows, etc) which are very hard to fit in a $300 budget, however I can provide layouts for you to see and if you are flexible with your budget these other elements may be added.

My budget is flexible up to $550.00. There is no copyright on it so you can mix and match accordingly. I feel the site could use some tweaks- Im just not sure what. Really appreciate it!

How about we do a design for your current budget of $300, that is enough to finalize a design (although more will give better motivation :) ). We provide you final deliverable as layered PSD of finalized design.

Then later you can spend further during development of the site.
