Resumen de Diseño de Logo

We need a logo for The Ranch at Gardnerville. The Ranch at Gardnerville is a new home subdivision in the Carson Valley area of Northern Nevada. It will consist of 630+ single family homes in a rural setting, framed by the Sierra Nevada Mountain Range which borders the eastern edge of Lake Tahoe and figures prominently in the views to the west from the development. The Valley itself has it's own identity from the Lake, and is a small town surrounded by ranch lands and open vistas. The logo will be incorporated into a brand identity (which does not yet exist) consisting of a Wordpress theme website, project signage, business cards/stationery, print advertising, and limited television commercial spots. We want to communicate the desirability of the homes and the region in the logo. Emphasis should be placed on words "The Ranch" without neglecting the location of "at Gardnerville". Please stay away from cattle brands, those are overly used in our market and come off corny.
