I am wondering if it would be acceptable to create a "dummy" domain name for you. If I were to submit a design you could access the design through the web address I would produce.

If you favor the design you can opt to pay for the domain name, or remain under the free domain name.

The platform I would be using is Weebly, I just want to know if this is ok before I begin work on your project.
