Resumen de Diseño de Logo

Need a new corporate logo for our real estate company that incorporates our company name (Housing Heroes), our slogan ("If We Can't Help You, No-One Can") and a visual indication that we are a credible, respectable company that achieves results and our company is different to the swarm of other real estate agents in the marketplace.

Needs to be simple and clean, easy to recognise.

I like the idea of a house with shaking hands inside the house to indicate that we put deals together and can negotiate successful outcome for our clients. Getting the hands correct is important as we've tried this before and they can look like a "blob" or a bow if not drawn correctly.

A house with a roof that looks like a subtle arrow going up also implies that we achieve great prices for the sellers, and the value of the house will increase for the buyers. (not essential)

We solve problems most agents can't and we have access to products that give our clients more options than other companies, thus the "If We Can't Help You, No-One Can"; which also plays on the super hero concept.

Needs to be easily recognisable for street signs, business cards, websites, letterheads, car wraps, any other corporate branding.

Needs to look good either small or large and be a usable size for both on websites, advertising and stationary.

Not sure whether to be square or rectangular in shape. We may get an additional logo designed for each to the winning contractor.

We can afford to be a little "quirky" due to our company name being Housing Heroes, however it must remain credible.

Could maybe have a super hero cape but that may look cheap, not sure.

Current corporate colours are blue, orange and white. Corporate colours are not fixed in stone so can change if a different colour palette is suggested and adopted.

Definitely not interested in logos that are using stock clipart from the internet.
