Resumen de Diseño de Logo

I have an existing company Blue Tulip Imaging specialising in weddings & family, very funky & natural stuff. I need a logo now for the second company, Little Blue Tulip which takes care of Childcare centre photography. It is, certainly for that market, outside the square, very natural & all about character & the person. I would like the feel to be quite simple, illustrative, funky, vintage & emphasise that we are different & unique & possibly composed of pastel colours in the cooler, blue/purple spectrum with maybe a splash of some analogous colour eg; red. Perhaps in the lettermark & abstract spectrum, it should avoid anything cheesy like film cameras etc. I am a fan of striking a balance between looking childlike but still classy & professional.
The main company only has what you see attached as a logo. Maybe it would be a good chance to tie them in by changing the main one too?

Objetivo del mercado(s)

It should definitely appeal to a female sensibility through it's aesthetic as the targets are parents (mum's spend the money) & directors of (mostly) community based long day care centres.
