In my original brief I said I like logos like the Recipes.co.uk logo with a script font. Well out of all the designs I have received so far, I have been drawn to more simple, clear, easy to read, thinner fonts.

Hi,
Im looking for a professional, simple, modern looking logo for a new Food related website called Food.co.uk
Im looking for either a unique text/font logo with the main text saying "Food" with ".co.uk" in a smaller font underneath or to the right. Or maybe a text logo with a small simple pictorial next to the text. This would have to be something related to Food/Recipes/Cooking. The majority of similar websites use a knife and fork or chefs hat, but I would be looking for something maybe slightly different.
I did have another logo competition for "Recipes.co.uk" recently and if you look at the website, you cans ee which logo style I chose for this, which is the ones I liked the best. So maybe I would like something along those lines.
Please note however that i'm not just after script style fonts/logos, I do want a logo that is clear and easy to read.
Regarding colours, I would like either something warm, like red, orange or brown. Or maybe a green apple colour.
Id like the logo to be simple and clean looking and for it to be easily used on both a white, textured or coloured background. So I'd like a version for both a white background or coloured background.
I'm open to all ideas so please feel free to submit any you want.

Reason: I havent yet received a logo im totally happy with, therefore i'm increasing the budget and extending the date by 3 days.
If you have already entered a design and I havent got back to you, please submit some variations.

Reason: I havent yet made a final decision on which logo i'm going to choose. I'm extending it slighlty by 2 days whilst I make a decision to allow anyone to make ammendments or submit new ideas.
