Resumen de Diseño de Logo

We need a logo(s) that works well both color and rubber stamp b&w. Also, but not hyper-critical, we may have a square/portrait version and a landscape version. We like the colors red, black, and white although we aren't absolute on them. it is important to stress "Comic Con" as the product/brand, much like Salt Lake City Comic Con, New York Comic Con. We do NOT like Dallas Comic Con design, nor Alamo City Comic Con, nor San Diego Comic-Con International. do NOT use a dash in the words "Comic Con".

Rubber Stamp/b&w version can be simpler with more complexity in color. Salt Lake and New York have these styles (but not Salt Lake FanX).

Swooshes, swirls, stars, galaxies, etc etc are okay. We are close to NASA, and part of the Houston skyline could be included but really, the simplest and most profoundly memorable image to create a household brand name is best, rather than a lot of cool complexity that can't be duplicated in various media. Phoenix Comicon is pretty simple and useful, but it falls short of having a lot of "sexy pop" to it.

We have added files for what we've at previous events/old brand names but our Space City Con was too complex and The Houston Con was missing...something. The Houston Con logo was inspired by The Voice TV show.

we are not designers. PLEASE feel free to think outside the box with your own creativity.

Instead of target market, we'd suggest Googling a few comic cons to see what they use. Our fans (customers) are from teens all the way to senior citizens.

• We had a very complex, beautiful domed spacecraft-city created for our Tshirts, but it made fans think we were purely a sci-fi convention and not a multi-genre comic con.
