Resumen de Diseño de Logo

I currently have an eyelash extension business under the name Ella Lash Bar, my website is not complete, but you can find it at www.ellalashbar.com.
I am re-naming it to Ella Rose Lash Bar and would possibly like the logo to have a Rose design incorporated to the name.
I'm open to any ideas, & if the rose makes it look too busy then I would like to be impressed with an eye catching look on just the name itself. If you think the rose idea works I would like a rose faded in the background, maybe an "ombre" look with the rose. Attached are two roses that I like, I don't like the typical big red rose, so I hope these photos help.
Once this is done I would like to work with the same designer for other logos and 2nd company I have that needs to be done as soon as possible. Please email me with any questions for concept designs, I prefer a designer that can communicate and follow my vision.
