Resumen de Diseño de Logo

Starting an Ice Cream shop in Western North Carolina. Interested in a logo, likely something which could be easily converted for use in signage or websites, etc. Soft serve ice cream with related products (cakes, shakes, etc.).

Initial thought is a mascot of a yeti (abominable snowman) taking a bite out of the letter E in Frostbite - tagline may be 'Get Bit' - but to be absolutely clear that is NOT something we're tied to! Ideas are welcomed and encouraged. The Logo Text is OPTIONAL.
