There shouldn't be text. No need for columnists!
What I am asking for is minimal speak. If you look at the attached images you can see how you don't have to speak so much.
We will talk to university students to apply for promoters job (sampling). Red Bull for example showed the mini cooper and simply asked if they want the car to be their office.

Text should be relevant to the concept.

In the brief you will find a description for the target market (Uni students)
The job itself is simple: Sampling product outdoor al a Red Bull sampling method (i.e. the mini cooper team)
The desired reaction is (this sounds like fun job, I will apply)
The desired result: hiring 5 highly educated, fun and enthusiastic university students to sample for a disclosed brand for full year
