I require a book cover design to be completed for my book "A Sporting Chance" How to build a highly profitable sports store!

This is my third attempt at engaging a graphic designer for this project. My last attempt was a terrible experience and ended up costing me more than double my original budget.

The successful designer will be engaged for more monthly jobs as they come to hand which would be brochure designs, web graphics etc.

I'm initially looking for this cover to drive online engagement, and sell this manuscript on Kindle with the vision to later roll out a hard copy in 6-12 months time.

My business is called The Retail Guy - I'm a retail expert consultant who specialises in advanced shop floor retail solutions. I've worked with some of Australia's largest sporting goods retailers and have trained over 5000 employees. My goal is to inspire retail standards to greater levels, and continue helping to this industry employ millions of people around the world. I'm known for inspiring my clients to pivot their retail approach to more sustainable and long term strategies.
