Thank you for contacting us. Im excited to see what ideas you may have. We have had some mailers in the past that were really great from a major marketing company but were not getting a great response so are looking for some fresh ideas without straying too far into left field.

Here is some info that may help:
1. Again we do General Dentistry and all it encompasses. we treat families and take pride that we know our patients and they know our staff. We are not really a snooty chandelier dentist office but a upscale modern family facility.
2. Our hours are Monday-Thursday 7AM-5PM. We really like patients to know that we are here and ready to see them at 7AM if they wantas alot of people love that they can come in and get work done and then head to work, rather than having to leave the office to come for an appt. 7AM is a time that fills up very quickly at our office.
3. Not a new office, established in the community with the same staff for 10 plus years.
Business card upload image should show our office phone, email, fax, website, and our logo. address, and you should have an office logo upload which is also on the business card.
4. Important to let patients know we take most insurances, have financing options, and WE ALWAYS ARE WELCOMING NEW PATEINTS.
5. We want a mailer that captures attention so it doesn't just get tossed with the junk mail and one that looks professional and upscale and family friendly.

not sure what you mean by guaranteeing it? please clarify. We are looking to get an array of designs and see which one works best for our needs.

great question. colors similar to what is seen in our logo would keep things consistent but as long as our logo colors dont change we don't mind outher colors being put into the mailer. remember this is about catching peoples eye in their mail instead of just being blended in and tossed with all the other junk mail before they even have a chance to look at it. Eye catching is great and the goal but we don't want and end result that doesn't look professional or is too loud and in your face.

Alot of these are really looking great. Some feedback....Our logo is very small and almost in the background of the yellow wording. Reversing that would probably be better. Also probably better to say "teeth whitening" only on mailer as we no longer use ZOOM(even though our website still says we do. Sorry.) That way if we change whitening systems, mailer is still accurate. Not sure if we need the advanced treatments column at all. I would use the space to perhaps emphasize that we have convenient early morning "before work" hours and/or perhaps to highlight and put in the Invisalign logo instead of just in small print. Also I would remove that we are closed for lunch. We can let people know when they call. Also it's just a typo but services is spelled wrong on the mailer. Great work so far. Let's see if we can tweak it.
