Dania, I would investigate further if I was you, your design is the same as winners, the logo precisely the same with a few tweaks, how unfair! Hope you get it sorted. Giving up faith in design crowd, how unfair :(

The design is obviously yours. Take the problem in hand without Design Crowd, you can sue DC for selling your design without your consent and also press charges against Fluxx if they use it. Don't be scared to contact a local copyright office and ask them some advice. Make some research on the net to see the steps you need to do in case of copyright infringement, there are lots of info out there. Don't forget that you have the proof on here (DC) that the design is yours. YOU WILL WIN THIS, do not let this go!
