Resumen de Diseño de Señalética

I need a sign for a building directory at the front of our set of units - The sign is what people need to see as they are driving past the units to know we are here, it is set back around 5 meters from the road and will be around 3 meters in the air so it's able to have writing that will be hard to read from a distance.
The sign dimensions of 580mm (w) x 330mm (h).

We expect it should have our company logo (doesn't need to be huge) and the words "The Professors Confectionery Warehouse" - With the word "Confectionery" should be the most visible item on the board to catch peoples eye.

Logo attached, I imagine this is best created in illustrator, but I'm open to any tool as long as we end up with the source files needed to modify it.
