Yes that means that only that designer has the required files. Emailing it to a single designer doesn't get it attached to your brief. If you are unsure of how to attach you can give DC a call and they will be happy to help you.

Called the DC for help. miguel Mendoza is adding the info to my brief as I couldn't get pictures to load myself.

Sounds good. DC customer service is excellent so you should start getting designs once that info is uploaded.
