Nice project, nice budget!  The 2 base payments sure went quick!  No wonder.

Can you please let us know as much detail about the service as you''re comfortable with.  For example:  what benefits will customers get?  will it be positioned as premium, web2.0, functional property?  Is it important you get listed in google & co for free?  Are you about buying / selling

Personally I am happy to brainstorm name ideas here.  What do you think of:
Proppy.com
Poolerty.com (reference to pool of property)
Humpee.com
Roofo.com (reference to roof over your head.)

I''d like to get a feel for what you like before do the design!

Privacy is the most important thing in this process. Please be careful to the "domain name spies".

As gravitart inc. we''ll give a shot for this project.

Thanks.

Nice with a quick response from you all.

When it comes to technical issues we are well covered in-house regarding ranking, coding etc etc. This is what we do so... that should answers the google thingee.

Benefits: Our users will experience total control true ease of use as we will project more offers (properties) on the same page where you also get all information needed without ever leaving the page. Hard to say, easy to show.

We use 4 search results alternatives compare to just 1 on most pages. There is extensive use of active popups and maps provided by google.

Apart from this we us an effective autocomplete in our one line search bar that makes you get the result you want instantly.

Some possible hint for creativity could be: Map, familiar user interface, search, fast and targeted results.

We like to be the google of property search. The clue is in the code, sweet and simple!

Hope this helps for now,

I think you should come up with the name you like best FIRST and then get a logo for it... not both at the same time. I''m sure designers who make good logos don''t come up with the best names, or do they? But that''s just my two cents...

General comments.

We have been testing out a number of concepts, some very good but... It has not been the right one. Therefore we thought that by shouting out to all of you we would get the attention needed and... maybe one of you would have the right idea that will make this just right.

The post from gravitart inc regarding privacy is a real bitch, It''s a very good point! I must say I didn''t think about that in a hectic moment. Any good ideas folks?

With regards to the post from Damijan Arnsek, he has also a good point but I''ll thought about it and came to the conclusion that for the creative mind out there it could (maybe Im wrong here) actually benefit the process that name and logo is created by the same person.

If all this turns out to be more of a problem we should maybe close this job, figure out the name ourself and come back to you all at a later stage. Advice appreciated!

Best regards

great contest made more interesting with the designer''s opportunity to conceptualise the name. I say don''t provide words as they may encumber our individual efforts to devise a unique title. we could get stuck on the same roundabout you have already driven around.

Hi, I would like some feedback on what has already been submitted, what are your thoughts on what has been suggested so far? As mentioned in my entries, I will not be designing a logo untill I know if you like the name I have suggested. Look forward to your feedback, thanks.

Best Regards,

Robert
