We need a two-sided direct mail piece made for all three of our fitness facilities that promotes a weight loss challenge. The weight loss challenge (Sprout into Shape! (our gym is eco-friendly and our logo is a leaf, hence the sprout)) is simple- lose 1 lb, get $20 (up to $200). The challenge is 8 weeks long and they must join before March 31st to be eligible. Attached is our logo, and other direct mail pieces that have been created in the past. We like cleaner looking pieces that do not look busy, but rather clean and effective, with only a few messages. On the front, we'd like this weight loss challenge, and then on the back left, a description of our two membership options- 1. Flex Plan- the more you workout, the less you pay. As Low As $0/month. (the more times you come in, the less your dues are) and 2. Month to Month- $19/month, month to month, with zero long-term contracts. In the middle, the locations as you can see on the other pieces, and then on the right, space for postage like we already have. We would need three pieces created, since these will be going out to three separate locations. The only difference will be the location of, for example, Plainfield highlighted more than the other two locations, and so on.
