Resumen de Diseño de Flyer

We are looking for a new affiliate flyer. Currently the flyer is based on a black background and we want it to be a cleaner look. We have updated our logo and I include a copy.

I also enclose our current flyer so you can see the content.

This new design needs to be either in a high res PSD, IDML file with full graphics. It is A5.

Some of the wording needs updating so i will list what needs changing:-

Get 5% off fees page:
- selling property for over 8 years, should be 11 years
- saved £20 million pounds, should be £41 million

Smart way to sell your house page:
- 7,000 homes sold, should be 8,500 homes sold
- £20m saved, should be £41m
