Mobile Friendly Lead Generation Landing Page

We are a web marketing company that specialized in web lead generation. Recently we have started buying media from mobile devices and we need a mobile interface(landing page) where we can collect user data in an effective manner.

Through this you can see what the steps/questions users need to answer to get matched to a school. We need the design for the whole process.

We are pretty open for design ideas and our goal is to make this mobile optimized landing page have the look and feel of an app...but not an app.
There are several questions in the process but we are open to changing the way they are presented. As in, you can have one question at a time or a few.
The goal is to make this EXTREMELY EASY for users to interact with.
