New School header and footer

Esto es lo que Toobanna State School buscaba en su letterhead design

Our school needs a modern new header and a matching footer. Currently we have the school logo, name and contact with no graphics at all (attached).
I have also attached another version of the school logo which is on our school sign.

The school is located in North Queensland Australia near the town of Ingham it was established in 1922

I would like the header/footer to have:
The school name- Toobanna State School
School moto - Opportunity through endeavour
contact details: Address Phone Fax website and principal email (some of these things could be in the footer) these details are in the uploaded files
The logo or elements of the logo (as is or modified to modernise)
