Professional Coaching Business Letterhead/Footer

I need a letterhead and email footer for my personal coaching business, Brett M Logan Professional Coaching. I send several attachments to new clients (such as welcome letter, fee structure, etc) and would like these pages to have my branding on them.
I prefer the black and gold/silver color scheme, and will attach my logo to be used. I''d like the overall impression to be upmarket/regal/professional.
