A Nickpoint is a term to describe a location of a river or channel where there is a sharp change in slope or elevation, such as a waterfall or lake (maybe raised text/logo would be appropriate). I'm a small, nimble business, sharper than my competition and provide customized solutions. I work in the commercial real estate for a bank so I tend to have information from two or more different perspectives and many contacts
