Innovative Energy Company Seeks New Brandmark / Logo

Hello, we are in need an updated brandmark for our current logo. We like the logo font, but the complexity of the brandmark has made it difficult to work with in a variety of modes (screen, print, etc.). Our current brandmark also does not show well on a white background due to the intricacies of the image itself. We would like to have a brandmark designed that is suitable on black or white background and designed in both RGB and CMYK color. We do like the colors in the current logo and are open to keeping them, but not married to those either. We also like how the image is "fluid" / "in motion", but again are not married to it.
