Fresh corporate logo needed for music-orientated start up

I'm looking for a logo to be designed for my start up. We're developing a pair of headphones that will use the cloud to discover and share music. The headphones themselves are sleek, lightweight and innovative. I'm hoping to encapsulate this in the logo. From a typography perspective, I'd like to include either the geosans light font or interdimensional. The logo should incorporate the entirety of the name of the company 'audiowings', with some creative around the initial 'a', enabling it to be used as a stand alone logo that symbolises the brand. The tone of the logo should be technologically innovative, yet subtle and understated. In terms of colour, I'd prefer a neutral colour, possibly chrome or just black, with possibly hints of red used sparingly to accent certain aspects.
