National Security Business needs a logo design

We need a logo design for a new company based in New Zealand called 'Z Corp'.
The company initially will be providing security services including alarm, monitoring and camera solutions for a range of clientelle, both domestic and corporate.
The company is intent on expanding its operations later into a range of other services in the security and integrated IT fields.
Our primary business initially will focus on high tech security cameras.
We would like to see designs that use the colours gold and black. Our preference is Gold on a Black background.
The founding members of the company have a diverse ethnic background ranging from Australian to Indian, and we value integrity and honesty, with an emphasis on equality and opportunity based on strong principles and work ethic.
