My business
I am just beginning a new leadership development coaching and organizational development consulting practice. I will be pursuing both private and corporate
clients.

My philosophy on leadership
I use John Maxwell's definition of leadership. "Leadership is influence. Nothing more nothing less." I believe that everyone can be a leader under that definition.

I believe that leadership success begins with the individual. One's view of oneself, of others, and of the environment in which one lives and works has everything to do with how well one leads in today's world. Leadership is more than just a collection of skills, techniques, and competencies. It is about:
? Creating and following one's dreams.
? Knowing and expressing one's inherent talents.
? Accessing one's inherent capacity to remain resilient
? Knowing and respecting the importance of one's relationship to others.
