Logo Needed for Real Estate Firm in Honolulu

Need a logo for a new real estate brokerage firm in Honolulu, Hawaii called "Honolulu HI 5" - website not built for the company yet.
The name plays with the word in a few ways:
1) "Hi 5" sounds like "High 5" and "HI" is the abbrevation for our state "Hawaii"
2) "HI" sounds like "high", which could refer to the many new condominiums being built in Honolulu
3) Our firm's focus is Honolulu only - helping buyers and sellers of condos, homes, townhouses
4) Logo should leave impresion of a very professional and trusted brand. We do not want luxury, cheap or overly funny or overly cute or charming.
5) Blue should probably be main color in logo. "Probably" since we are open to ideas. Logo should not be screaming, but be noticed, yet subtle
