Logo Design Project for lighting design company

We are starting a new company and require a corporate identity and brand logo to be used on our new website and sales collateral.
As such, we need a logo design for an innovative lighting design company, "LIGHT BUREAU"who are involved in formulating sustainable lighting solutions for commercial, industrial and residential designs.
The logo should exude confidence and maturity but not be overbearing. The font should be light and supple but still be striking and energetic, with a touch of playfulness. The target market is a mix of high end style, (Architects and designers) and seriousness, (engineers)
The logo will be used extensively in website development and stationary, (letterheads, business and e-cards etc)
We are looking for your creative abilities to drive our vision. We would prefer not to utilize traditional lighting objects such as "light globes "or "lamps", however if you have something that fits the brief please submit it
