The logo is for a conference. The conference is being run by a professional organisation called the Australian Society for Technical Communication: www.astcnsw.org.au. This is a non-profit organisation serving a community of technical communicators, such as technical writers.

The title of the conference is:
"Control Shift: communicating in a changing world".
The words "control shift" suggest two meanings:
1. "Ctrl-shift" used on a keyboard.
