Logo Design for new Website

Esto es lo que discover my local buscaba en su logo design

New Website aimed at bringing people together to Discover and share things happening in their local area.

Gradients are not preferred, and I would like to try and limit the design to no more then 3 colours where possible.

The design needs to be scalable to fit within 362x42px box .

text needs to be readable, clean and simple with a little bit of an edge: Discover My Local

I'm open to different ideas and interesting concepts - so I am leaving the brief simple so you have a clean canvas.
