Update Existing Logo for Real Estate Company

We would like to update our current logo to a more sophisticated and modern professional look.

We would like to keep the existing Font and utilize the same colours where possible, however we do not want just a re hash of what we already have - for example you could only use some of the colours and not all of them if required - the same font is the critical part.
