We need a SEE Me Quit/SEE Me Fit design for a new program launching in October. The SEE Me Quit program is designed for smokers who want to quit smoking. These programs are designed for small groups based upon Support-Exercise-Education (SEE). Through a small group environment smokers focus on exercise and group/one-on-one coaching to break their smoking habits and develop a new exercise habit.
