Esto es lo que GCAP Oregon's Procurement Technical Assistance Center buscaba en su logo design

We need a new logo for our program. We are Oregon's Procurement Technical Assistance Center. The Program is called the Government Contract Assistance Program- GCAP. We currently have a logo with an eagle with out-stretched wings in an oval with a gold background. We are looking for more of a tie in with the state of Oregon - even using the State as part of our logo. We want not only recognition with Oregon, but also the tie-in with the text: Oregon's Procurement Technical Assistance Center. Many PTACs across the US use their State as a part of their logo. We want modern text and coloring. A PTAC is a program funded and administered by the Department of Defense to provide assistance to small businesses wanting education in government contracting.
